Brussels, 30/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - By adopting the report last Thursday by Hungarian MEP from the FIDESZ-MPSZ, Kingal Gal (EPP-EDD) on the promotion of protecting fundamental rights, the European Parliament has decided that the future fundamental rights agency of the EU, a subject on which the Commission has still not presented a formal proposal, should have a strong mandate and the necessary competencies for following the evolution of implementing the Charter of Fundamental Rights in...
