20/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - In a press release, German Green MEP Milan Horacek, who has been monitoring the trial of Michail Kodorkowsky, founder of Russian oil company Yukos, and of Platon Lebedev, has criticised the way the trial is being held, with the accused being kept in a cage, like wild beasts. He says that the European Parliament will be looking at the case in the next few weeks.
