12/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has welcomed the ruling returned on Thursday by the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg, which ruled against Greece for failing to recover State aid granted illegally to the airline Olympic Airways. “We expect the Greek government to execute the ruling and move immediately to recover the illegal aid to a total of 194 million EUR” (41 million for the initial aid and 153 million for aid granted afterwards which were not notified to the...
