Netherlands wants to entrust key role of coordination of military means and development cooperation to EU planning cell

Luxembourg, 23/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - During their informal meeting of 18 March in Luxembourg, defence ministers of the EU Member States welcomed the document by their Dutch colleague, Henk Kamp, which presented ideas for a coordinated approach to crisis management combining military security with development cooperation.
