The Russian State is to transfer 100% of the State oil company ROSNEFT to the semi-public gas group GAZPROM. In return, it will increase its stake in GAZPROM to 51%. IOUGANSKNEFTEGAZ, a subsidiary of ROSNEFT, will not be part of the operation and will remain an independent public group.
