The Dutch banking and insurance group ING has reduced its stake in the fourth largest bank in Poland SLASKI (9.974 billion EUR in funds under management at the end of 2004) to 75% having floated 12.77% of its shares. Polish law limits foreign groups' ownership of Polish groups to 75%.
