08/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to plans with the Norwegian company Orkla ASA to take sole control of its counterpart Elkem ASA (production and sales of metals, consumer goods, chemicals and investments in the financial and energy sectors). The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
