04/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Swedish company Plastal Holding AB (Plastal) by Nordic Capital Fund VLP, belonging to the Nordic Capital group, based in the Channel Islands. Plastal's principal field of activity is the design and manufacturing of surface-coated injection-moulded plastic components and systems for the motor industry (passenger cars and trucks). Nordic Capital is active in private equity funds....
