13/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - In a letter to the Luxembourg presidency of the EU, which was immediately sent to the ICFY, the lawyer of Croatian General Ante Gotovina, on the run from the International Criminal Court for the Former Yugoslavia (ICFY) has said that the latter would give himself in if he could be tried by Croatian court.
