Brussels, 26/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the World Trade Organisation (WTO) authorised the EU (plus Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Korea and India) to take retaliatory measures against the United States for its failure to bring its anti-dumping legislation into line with WTO rules.
