Turkish Justice Minister assures there are no longer any obstacles to accession talks

Scheveningen, 01/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - Turkish Justice Minister Cemel Cicek considers the "subject of adultery is no longer a problem" preventing the opening of talks on Turkey's EU membership given that the new penal code was adopted last week without a provision on adultery.
