03/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - At the EP's Constitutional Committee, Richard Corbett, Co-rapporteur on the European Constitution with Inigo Mendez de Vigo, announced the organisation of a hearing with NGOs on 25 November. There will not be any hearings with national parliaments, but in 2005, members of the Constitutional Affairs Committee will visit Member States' parliaments (see yesterday's Europe, p.8).
