12/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Economic Area's Surveillance Authority has sent a reasoned opinion to Norway on temporary vehicle imports on the grounds that Norway is restricting the free supply of services by preventing Norwegian residents from using cars registered in other countries and banning the use of cars hired abroad, even for short periods of time.
