10/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The German association 'Helmholtz Gemeinschaft, composed of fifteen research centres with a total of 24,000 staff and an annual budget of over EUR two billion, is organising its next annual convention in Brussels. It will focus on promoting excellence in the European Research Area and will be held on Tuesday 7 ?December at Concert Noble, attended by the German federal education and research minister, Edelgard Bulmahn.
