Brussels, 04/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the acquisition of the Swedish company Wilson Logistics Holding AB by TNT Forwarding Holding AB, a subsidiary of the Dutch mail and logistics provider TPG. The sale of Wilson to the company Nordic Capital was notified on 29 June and will cost TPG 257 million euros.
