26/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - Following consultation between the foreign affairs minister Miguel Angel Moratinos and the Spanish parliament, the Zapatero govenement ha deided that the Spanish referendum on the European constitution will take place in February 2005. The Socialist government said straight away that a referendum would take place as soon as possible.
