10/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission's Communication “Education and Training 2010” - Urgent case for reforms to succeed in the Lisbon Strategy (a joint mid-term Commission and Council report on the implementation of the detailed work programme for meeting education and training targets in Europe) has been published in Official Journal C 104 of 30 April 2004.
