04/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Regulation 868/2004 of 21 April 2004, aiming to protect EU airlines against unfair subsidies and practices from non-EU airlines, was published in Official Journal L 162 of 30 April. It comes into force twenty days after the date of publication.
