05/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Pascal Lamy, European Trade Commissioner, will deliver a speech at the College of Europe in Bruges on 8 March on the theme: "A 25-member Europe: is there a pilot in the Union?", a press release from the College announces. Mr Lamy will be welcomed by the Rector of the College, Paul Demaret and by Professor Robert Picht, Director of Studies of the European General and Interdisciplinary Studies Programme).
