LASTMINUTE.COM, Britain's leader for Internet sales in the leisure industry, has made a friendly bid (public purchase bid) for the sum of £54.9 million on OTC - ONLINE TRAVEL CORPORATION, a company that owns or manages travel sale sites. LASTMINUTE.COM is proposing 0.1319 LASTMINUTE shares for every OTC share.
