The management board of the SNET group - SOCIETE NATIONALE DE L'ELECTRICITE ET DE THERMIQUE has authorised the sale of another 35% to ENDESA, the leading Spanish electricity company that already owns 30% of SNET. ENDESA, who thus becomes its majority shareholder, will have paid a total of EUR 571 million all for these shares.
