British ICI - IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES is to sell its food ingredients division, which is part of its food colouring subsidiary QUEST INTERNATIONAL (turnover $255 million in 2003 with 900 employed), to American KERRY for the sum of $440 million.
