04/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The foreign affairs minister from Serbia-Montenegro, Goran Svilanovic, was in Strasbourg on 3 March to deposit ratification instruments at the European Council from the European convention on Human Rights and from the European Convention for the Prevention of Torture.
