11/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - By approving on Tuesday the report of Forza Italia MEP, Giuseppe Gargani, the European Parliament has adopted the draft directive on the regulation and use of aeroplanes as defined in Annex 16 of the convention on international civil aviation (codecision, first reading).
