05/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - Following a conference on "Stateless nations" in the EU, Scottish National Part MEP Neil McCormick said that these "nations" should decided "what role they aspire to play in the new Europe - to be democratically marginalised within a larger Member States, or full representation in Europe that only full independence can now deliver?".
