19/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, Belgian Socialist Olga Zrihen took advantage of the opening of the European Parliament's session in Strasbourg to draw attention to the fact that Italians resident in Belgium are obliged to return to their original commune to get their identity cards renewed. She asked the Italian government to sort out the situation.
