19/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament has adopted the report presented by the president of its committee on culture, Michel Rocard (Socialist, France) on the Commission's "Culture 2000" programme (co-decision, first reading), which supports projects in all the artistic fields, cultural heritage, books, reading and translation.
