On Wednesday 1 October 2003, the European Commission adopted its amended proposal of decision reviewing the Community guidelines for development of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T), the main lines of which were presented in our edition of 2 October (p.6). The full text of the proposal of directive is published herewith (in French, English and German) with, in appendix, the new priority projects of European interest selected by the Commission.
