Dutch group AEGON announces sale of certain operations of its subsidiary TFC - TRANSAMERICA FINANCE CORPORATION to FIRST AMERICAN for the sum of $400 million in cash. The sale concerns tax services for real estate as well as a subsidiary specialised in certification activities in zones liable to flooding.
