German group MG TECHNOLOGIES is to sell part of its activities in the chemicals field. These activities are centralised in its subsidiary, DYNAMIT NOBEL (turnover EUR 596 million during the second quarter 2003), which also groups engineering activities. The operation could amount to EUR 3 billion.
