Open door days of local authorities in Brussels from 7 to 9 October

Brussels, 03/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of the Regions has taken the initiative to launch an open door day for all representations of the towns and regions of Europe in Brussels from 7 to 9 October. The idea, as Albert Bore, Committee President, explains, is to demonstrate the reality of the presence and influence of over 200 local or regional authority representations of a 15+10 member Europe. A programme of around 30 conferences, workshops or seminars is foreseen.
