15/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Publishers Council (EPC) is to hold a seminar in Brussels on 16 September, on "Understanding and reporting EU Media Business Issues". The objective of this seminar is to demystify the complexity of regulations and European legislation on media. Commissioner David Byrne will take part in the seminar's work. Contributions are also expected from Amélia Torrès, spokesperson for Commissioner Mario Monti, and from Brandon Mitchener, Brussels...
