01/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - At the meeting of the Governing Council of the ECB on Thursday, it was decided that the minimum bid rate on the main refinancing operations and the interest rates on the marginal lending facility and the deposit facility will remain unchanged at 2.00%, 3.00% and 1.00% respectively.
