VU - VIVENDI UNIVERSAL is to sell the 7% that it holds in VODAFONE EGYPT to British VODAFONE for the sum of EUR 45 million. This participation is worth EUR 23 million. Furthermore, VU is said to be about to sell its venture capital company VIVENTURES PARTNERS which manages the Viventures I and II funds, to the Californian fund GLOBAL ASSET CAPITAL for the sum of EUR 9 million.
