Valéry Giscard d'Estaing not to take part in EPP summit

Brussels, 18/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Convention, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, will not be taking part in the European People's Party summit, which will precede the Spring European Council next Thursday, contrary to indications in yesterday's EUROPE (p.6).

As to the possibility of an exchange of views between President Giscard d'Estaing and the Heads of State of the European Union planned for Thursday, but postponed to free up Thursday evening for discussions of...
