Brussels, 14/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Prime Ministers of Finland and Italy, Paavo Lipponen and Silvio Berlusconi, agreed on Thursday to submit a proposal to the European Council to create two separate agencies in the field of foodstuffs and agriculture.
