Brussels, 14/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Spring European Council on 20 and 21 March in Brussels will provide a first opportunity for the Fifteen together to meet Recep Tayyip Erdogan in his new capacity as Turkish Prime Minister (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.6).
