Brussels, 12/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Heads of government of the thirteen candidate countries (the ten acceding countries, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey) will be personally briefed on the outcome of next Monday's special European summit among the Fifteen on Iraq on the occasion of a "mini-summit" that will bring them together the following morning (18 February) with the EU Troika in Brussels headed by Costas Simitis.
