CPMR and CEMR call on Convention to take more account of regions

Brussels, 18/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions of Europe (CPMR) and the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) have addressed a letter to the European Convention expressing their concern that the regional dimension is not being taken sufficiently into account. The political bureaux of these two associations, one meeting in Poitiers, the other in Aarhus early December, approved a declaration, in the same terms as the Assembly of the Regions...
