22/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - EU Foreign Ministers decided to postpone to the 18 and 19 November Council talks on the North Korean uranium enrichment programme. "We shall broach the issue when we are better informed. We want to use these three weeks to assess the situation", said Council President Per Stig Mioeller (see page 9 for the declaration the presidency adopted on the subject).
