25/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of the meeting, in Brussels on Thursday, between European Commission President Romano Prodi and Vietnamese Prime Minister Phan Van Khai, Marco Pannella MEP announced that the Transnational Radical Party and Euro-MPs intended to demonstrate before the Commission to recall the need to respect the "democratic clause" provided for by Article 1 of the EU/Vietnam Co-operation Agreement.
