13/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - Eurojust is expected to be transferred to The Hague by 1 October, report diplomatic sources (see EUROPE of 19 July, p.10). The new site will be temporary, as the location of Eurojust is part of the package of agency and organisation site decisions on which the Fifteen have not yet come to agreement. Eurojust is the European judicial cooperation unit made up of magistrates and prosecutors from the Fifteen Member States.
