13/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - On the first anniversary of the signing of the Framework Agreement in Skopje on 13 August 2001, Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the Balkans, welcomed the progress made towards achieving political stability, economic development and interethnic reconciliation, while calling on Macedonia to keep up its efforts.
