Brussels, 13/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - Ambassador Jeremy Kinsman will succeed James K. Bartleman as Canada's Representative to the European Union. Mr Kinsman served in Brussels (his first foreign-based post) from 1968 to 1970, at Canada's Delegation to the European Economic Community. He went on to serve as Political Director at the Foreign Ministry and Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN.
