09/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - The International Movement of Catholic Agricultural and Rural Youth (MIJARC) will be organising a European Rural Forum between 9-20 August in Bruges. Other partnership organisation from central Europe will also be participating. On 14 August, Mr Jan Vanhee of the Ministry of the Flemish Community will discuss the rural youth participation in Europe.
