German airline, LUFTHANSA, is going to sell its 25% holding in DHL (turnover in 2001 of EUR 6.5 BN with 37.5% market share), the world leader in express deliveries, for EUR 610 million to DEUTSCHE POST whose share in DHL will increase to 75%.
