Strasbourg, 12/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Spanish Presidency and the European Commission seized the opportunity of the European Parliament debate on the state of progress of the enlargement process to criticise Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Sweden for having prevented, on Monday, the adoption of a common position by the Fifteen on the agricultural chapter of negotiations.
