29/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - Anton Christoph Hiltscher, CEO of Manz Verlag in Vienna, a family-owned company specialising in legal publications, has been appointed as the new President of the Federation of European Publishers for the next two years, replacing Michael Gill (of Gil and McMillan in Dublin).
