Brussels, 08/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - At the 10 April meeting in Madrid with US Secretary of State Colin Powell, the European Union Troika will not only be discussing the crisis in the Middle East (see separate article), but will also be preparing for the EU/US Summit in Washington on 2 May, between the President of the EU Council of Ministers, Jose Maria Aznar, the President of the European Commission, Romano Prodi, and the President of the United States, George W.
