01/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Gordon Brown, presented his Realising Europe's Potential document for the Barcelona Summit. In it he proposes a radical overhaul of examination procedures of EU State Aids and reiterates British opposition to any unnecessary fiscal harmonisation.
